In August 2024, utility-scale era of photo voltaic electrical energy averaged 63.1 gigawatthours between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. every day within the Decrease 48 states, 36% greater than for a similar hours in August 2023. Additions of photo voltaic producing capability outpaced different sources within the U.S. electrical energy sector in 2023, and we anticipate this pattern to proceed via the tip of 2024.
